(1) Copies of the Peace Preservation Ordinance (Io. 10

of 1886) the Criminal Intimidation Ordinance 1920, (No. 13 of 1920) and the Flogging Ordinance (No. 3 of 1903) are annexed.

(2) Under the Criminal Intimidation Ordinance, 1920.

No. 3 of 1920 offences are not punishable with flogging. But, sec 12 A -1) of the Peace Preservation Ordinance authorises flogging for any male persons who commit any offence against the enactments mentioned in the Second Schedule, which Schedule contains, inter alia, the Criminal Intimidation Ordinance, 1920, sec. 3.
